17th of January\u00a0 marks a special milestone in my life, as I fully embrace my 40s. I am filled with gratitude to God for the gift of life, health, and purpose. It\u2019s been an incredible journey, and I wouldn\u2019t be here without the love and support of my friends, family, and community.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
To my amazing staff at Erama Medical Center: thank you for your dedication and hard work in building the hospital into what it is today. Together, we\u2019ve achieved so much, and I look forward to all that we\u2019ll accomplish in the years to come.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Entering this new chapter of life has inspired me to reflect deeply, not only on my journey but on the journey of many women in this stage of life. For us, our 40s and beyond represent a time of awakening\u2014a season to begin actualizing the hopes and dreams we\u2019ve carried and to fight for a life filled with meaning, joy, and impact.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
As a doctor and pastor, I\u2019ve seen the importance of prioritizing health and spiritual well-being, especially as we grow older. To all the incredible women in my age group and beyond, this is your time! Let\u2019s draw strength from our experiences, embrace this stage of life, and commit to living better\u2014physically, mentally, and spiritually.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
