Eramanor Group is looking for a Sales & Community Engagement Assistant to help us grow Eramanna Diets & Foods, reach new customers and support marketing and client-acquisition activities across the Group.
This is a junior developmental role with an opportunity to learn, grow and take on increasing responsibility.
What You Will Do
You will:
- Attend to customers and actively promote products at our Healthy Foods Mart.
- Follow up customer enquiries and prospective clients.
- Help turn enquiries into purchases, appointments and programme registrations.
- Support WhatsApp, social-media and other marketing activities.
- Contact churches, schools, companies, associations and community groups.
- Participate in screenings, community programmes, exhibitions and promotional activities.
- Help identify new customers and business opportunities.
- Support product displays, stock monitoring and general Mart readiness.
- Learn about serviceas across the Eramanor Group and help connect customers to appropriate products, programmes and services.
- Support the promotion of priority products and programmes.
- Maintain simple records of leads, follow-up activities and results.
This is not a purely desk-based role. You should be willing to go out, meet people, make calls, follow up opportunities and participate in activities at different approved locations.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with:
- A Diploma, HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Communication, Nutrition, Public Health, Health Sciences or another relevant field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in approaching and interacting with people.
- Basic ability to use WhatsApp, social media and digital/office tools.
- Good organisation and follow-up skills.
- An interest in sales, customer engagement, health or wellness.
Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, retail, community engagement or business development will be an advantage, but is not essential.
Recent graduates and early-career applicants with strong potential are encouraged to apply.
