Erama Medical Center is expanding into 24-hour service from December 1, 2025, and we’re looking for an energetic, persuasive, and self-motivated individual to help drive our client-growth and partnership strategy over the next three months.
About the Role
As a Business Growth Officer (Contract), you’ll work with our Operations & Strategy team to open new corporate, community, and wellness opportunities that directly increase client visits and revenue.
You’ll represent Erama Medical Center in workplaces, schools, churches, and community events — connecting people to our Men’s Health, Family Health, and Wellness programs.

Goal: Awareness + new male clients
December
Theme: Family & Child health
Goal: Community Goodwill +Famiy trust
January
Theme: Wellness & New year goals
Goal: Corporate wellness + long term engagement
What You’ll Do
● Secure paid health screenings, corporate retainerships, and school or community partnerships
● Book corporate health talks and outreach events
● Generate leads and pre-registrations for our Men’s Health promotions
● Maintain a simple weekly tracker of leads, results, and payments
● Represent the hospital professionally during all external visits
● Have strong communication and relationship-building skills
● Enjoy networking and fieldwork
● Understand health promotion, community engagement, or sales
● Are organized, well-presented, and goal-oriented
● Can represent a reputable medical brand with integrity
Contract Period
November 10th 2025 – Feb 10th 2026 (renewable based on performance)
